If you're caught in the tension of addressing urgent priorities and creating a meaningful year-end giving campaign, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered.
Year-end giving is too important to bypass. This is a crucial time to encourage the givers of your church to celebrate what you have accomplished over this past topsy-turvy year and invite them into to the vision for the year ahead. Below are some resource bundles and templates to help. Download what you need, and let us know if you need any support
The offering moment is your weekly opportunity to engage and inspire your givers. It is a time to teach and educate your people on the spiritual aspect of giving back to God. For the remainder of the year, we recommend developing intentional times of offering that will challenge your givers as they walk with you in these last few weeks. This downloadable bundle provides a framework for scheduled giving moments through the end of the year.
11-Month Giver Communication
The purpose of the 11-month giver communication letter is to encourage and thank the members of your congregation. Most churches are sending this to members and all givers. This letter of encouragement can also be a complimentary part of your overall year-end giving strategy. We suggest this letter be sent in the month of November to allow your church community time to plan for a gift and/or to catch up their pledge, and you may want to consider sending it along with their contribution statements.
End Of Year Recurring Giver Emphasis
The last month of the year is a good time for a recurring giving emphasis. Since COVID-19 broke out across the U.S. in March 2020, many churches have seen a significant increase in online giving. However, many of those people are not signed up for recurring giving. Has your church sufficiently planned and prepared to communicate recurring giving on your digital giving platform? Is your congregation set up to continue faithful giving throughout the year? This downloadable framework will help you create a plan for a year-end recurring giving campaign.
Storytelling in the church is one of the best ways to celebrate how God is moving within your congregation. Stories have a unique power to amplify God's work, inspire others in their own walks, and transform your community. This collection of resources is centered around assessing where your storytelling is and how you can begin identifying and sharing those life-change testimonies in your church.

As we round the one-year anniversary of navigating the pandemic, the Church across America is still unsure of what services will look like for the remainder of this year. Through August 2021, our team predicts a season of irregular operations, growing toward more dependable scheduling and meeting in the fall.
Moving into 2021, we saw this as a time to build on the stability of 2020 and begin to anchor your givers, especially your core givers, for the season ahead. Our team shared a great resource for the annual giving statement, including easy to use templates for various types of thank you letters you might use in your annual giving statement process.
